Hello to all you H2k fans out there!

Very shortly, our Norwegian talents will be arriving in Copenhagen, ready to compete for their share of 26,000 Euros at Copenhagen Games 2014!

Polly, Maak, Rubino, Hoyland and Skurk are fully prepared to take on the best the world has to offer in the Counter Strike: Global Offensive contest. After winning Winter Assembly 2014 and a string of strong results against some of the finest teams out there, we have confidence that the guys will perform to the standard we all know they are capable of. You will be hearing a lot from them over the next few days as they hope to stir up quite a noise in Copenhagen!

Although the team won’t be available during game time, there will be many other members of H2k at the event so if you see any sky blue logos, feel free to stop them for a quick chat, we won’t mind one bit!

The guys would really appreciate your support over the course of the event, be it on streams or in the venue itself. So please guys, let the boys know you how much you love them! Our players are confident in their abilities, but so are the rest of the world class line-ups that you will see taking part!

Titan, NiP, Virtus Pro and Dignitas are just a few of the star-studded teams that all want the top prize.

Titan: Although many would say there is no ‘#1 team’ right now and despite their recent failing in the ‘major’ offline events, Titan must still be regarded as the CPH Games favourites. With arguably the most talented lineup in the history of Counterstrike, Titan will look to atone for their comparatively poor start to the year. Prediction: 1st Place

Player to watch: Shoxie. The French master is easily the best player in the world right now after a string of terrific performances and highlight reel plays in recent games. He now needs to cement his superiority with a fine offline display.

Dignitas: The vastly improving lineup produced a tremendous performance last month against Titan that saw them crowned the Fragbite Masters Champions. However the Danish side have largely failed to live up to their online standards at offline events since joining the UK based Organisation. Prediction: 2nd Place

Player to watch: cajunb. As the newest member of the side, we might have forgiven a slow start for canjunb as he adapts to his new surroundings. But far from it, René has been outstanding since joining the team and will surely be a key player at CPH.

NiP: Last year Ninjas in Pyjamas went on an 8 month winning streak at offline events! However, in 2014 NiP, while still a formidable force, don’t look to be the team they were a year ago. They will be hoping to turn that all around this week. Prediction: 3rd Place

Player to watch: Fifflaren. Many of the community are blaming NiP’s recent ‘decline’, on the form of In-game leader, Fifflaren. While the Swede hasn’t been dominating any score boards of late, many would argue that, that has never been his role and that he has been unfairly criticised. However you see it, Fifflaren will find himself firmly under the microscope in Denmark.

So that’s our top 3 prediction guys! Buy some beers and snacks, book time off work, tell your girlfriend you are on business and tell your families you don’t have time for them; this event is going to be a big one! NOT TO BE MISSED.

Cheer for your favourite team on stream! Or be a real hero and get over to the event to show your support in person! Every player will appreciate you making any effort to give them some love.

We hope to see you all there, ready to make some noise for your teams. Copenhagen Games is going to be one for the history books.

As always,
It’s more than gaming!
